To celebrate the Euros kicking off to a brilliant start, Ladbrokes will be hosting its own tournament as well.
The event is open to everyone and anyone willing to opt in can do so by simply depositing and playing any of the specified games for the duration of the tournament. The Slots Championship and all related events are scheduled to run from June 8 to July 1.
THE TOURNAMENT
The Slots Championship will emulate the Euros and will pit 16 slot games against each other in 4 qualifying groups. There will be 4 stages in the tournament: the Group Stages, the Quarter Finals, the Semi Finals, and the Final match. The two slots with the highest turnovers from their groups after the Group Stages will move on to the Quarter finals. The slot with the highest turnover will win and proceed to the next stages until a champion is crowned.
STAGES
Each stage of the tournament will have:
One winner: The player who has the highest turnover after the duration of each of the stages; and
50 randomly selected players who will receive bonuses.
In order to join the tournament players are required to deposit and spend on the specified slots at least £20 or more for the Group Stages, £40 or more for the Quarter Finals, £50 or more for the Semi Finals, and £100 or more for the Finals.
PRIZES
The winner of the Group Stages will receive £500 cash while 50 random players will get a £15 bonus.
The winner of the Quarter Finals on the other hand will get £750 cash while 50 random players will get a £25 bonus.
The winner of the Semi Finals will go home with £1000 cash while 50 random players will receive a £35 bonus
Finally, the winner of the Final Match will win a whopping £2000 cash while 50 random players get to play around with a £45 bonus
